1st Annual Self-Care Set-Off Event

It is my absolute pleasure to announce Moya Body Care Wellness Institute 1st Annual Self-Care Set-Off event!   While enjoying my sabbatical and being beyond grateful for all that I have I thought to myself "I want to give back".  But not with toy drives, sugary non-food handouts and drinks but with something more, something deeper.......... REST!  I can provide REST for those who desperately need it. Soooooo..... Here we are 💜 The 1st Annual Self-Care Set-Off is a donation based event dedicated to those who have been grinding non stop trying to keep things together, for those who have experienced great loss and just need some space to breathe, for the parents who tackled home schooling and all the shifts that came with it, for the entire hospital staff that are just greatful to still be here and their families who supported them and for YOU!  No other reason but YOU! All guest will receive a Wellness Scan (value $222), 15-Minute Chair Massage, 15-Minute Reiki Session and a Self-Care Love Bag to continue your care at home. This is a donation based event.  All practitioners are volunteering their time as well.  Give what you can as all is appreciated, received, however it is not expected and NO ONE is turned down.
